Log in and open your listing from My Account. You can upgrade (or downgrade) from the Package section any time.
How does billing work?
Paid packages are billed monthly through Stripe. You can update your card, see invoices or cancel from your account. If you cancel, your listing goes back to the free Community Listing; nothing you entered is deleted.
When does my listing go live?
Every new listing gets a quick review so the directory stays real and local. Most are approved within one business day.
What's the strategy consult?
Every package includes a free 30-minute call with us about getting more local customers. Request it from your listing page after you sign up.
Can I also advertise on the postcard?
Yes! The directory is separate from our mailers. Reserve a spot on the next 9x12 Spotlight postcard or Community Coupon Card from the home page.
